Owner-led companies run lean. Everyone already has a full job, so the project that would make things easier keeps slipping to next quarter.
The usual options are a full-time hire the work doesn’t justify, or advice that still leaves the doing to you.
Mosaic is a third option: experienced, hands-on help, sized to the work.
The founder
Al Mohamed
Al brings more than 20 years of professional experience across technology, operations and customer-facing businesses, including approximately 15 years at a major financial institution.
That work has involved operations, technology implementation, business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, documentation and project execution. In practice: working out what a business needs, getting the people involved on the same page, and seeing a change through until it’s in use.
Mosaic makes that experience available to owner-led companies for a project, a season or a few hours a week.

Where we work
Based in Chicago. Remote when it makes sense. On-site when it matters.
On site across Chicagoland for the things that need it: walking the floor, sitting with the front desk, training a crew. Everything else is done remotely, which keeps the work quick and the cost down.
